SAN ANDREAS 911 COMMUNICATIONS
Often the most overlooked part of a patrol or community is the Communications Department. Most of the focus goes to the Law Enforcement and the Fire Rescue Services. However, it is the dispatcher who has an element of control over the patrol. Not only do you dispatch the appropriate units to the calls you receive from your 911 center, but you also monitor the radio for RTO and ensure members are adhering to the rules of the radio. You, the dispatcher, provide an extra element to the patrol that no other role does. You are the one to create a sense of flow and the one making sure the units on the ground get what they need from a more strategic view.
